What is the dress code for your party?
Casual & comfortable! Hugh Moore Park has a playground for the kids and we will have art supplies (including paint) available for fun. The event will be outside, rain or shine. Please dress accordingly; Layers and dancing shoes recommended.
Are children & pets welcome?
Yes! This is a family friendly event. There is lots to do at the park and we suggest coming early to explore the Canal Museum or maybe even a boat ride at the noon launch. Pricies are super reasonable and don’t forget to mention our party. www.canals.org
Pets on leashes are welcome around the Pavilion where we will be hanging. There is also a dog park at the entrance of the park. It’s a short drive from the Pavilion.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
We’ll try our best to accommodate, but if you have specific dietary needs, please pack a picnic lunch. A limited amount of BBQ will be served at 1:30pm including vegetarian sides. It will be first come first serve.
We are also encouraging everyone to consider bringing something small to share, potluck style. Please remember to take any containers home with you at the end of the party or plan on using disposable.
